Kutis constructed c. 1926 during the Phetsarath restoration of Vat Sisaket, in the typical colonial-period architectural style. Rehabilitated east kuti c. 2005-07.
Generally deteriorated wall paintings on torchis (traditional mineral, water buffalo extract, and vegetable gum plaster over woven bamboo lathwork).
Subject of most paintings here is the Life of the Buddha and the Vessantara Jataka (or Phavet).
