Cremation volume for Phrayā ʻAphirakrātchaʻutthayān (Chalǣm ʻAmāttayakun), 1850-1916 (พระยาอภิรักษ์ ราชอุทยาน (แฉล้ม อมาตยกุล). Includes a photograph of the crematee, and a fourteen page introduction to the volume, written by Prince Damrongrāchānuphāp, which includes biographical information on the crematee, and some historical background on King Chulalongkorn’s visit to Singapore, Batavia, and India. The main text, 79 pages in length, documents King Chulalongkorn’s journey. The King and his entourage set sail for Singapore and Batavia on March 9, 1870 and returned to Siam on April 15, 1871.
