Upon consulting the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (Thailand), it seems reasonable to conclude that the present written work is no longer under copyright protection. Part 4, Section 19 of the Act states: “Copyright by virtue of this act subsists for the life of the author and continues to subsist for fifty years after the death of the author.” In the event that the present work is still under copyright protection, part 6, sections 32 and 34 state: “any act against the copyright work... shall not be deemed an infringement of copyright if the act [of reproduction] is not for profit.”

Cremation volume for Nāi Chō̜lō̜ Srīsurāng [นายชลอ ศรีสุรางค์]. Front matter includes a brief introduction written by the editorial staff at Krom Sinlapākō̜n, a letter by Prince Damrongrāchānuphāp, a table of contents, and a photograph of biography of the crematee.
