The Diaries and Travel Writings of King Chulalongkorn of Siam
Usage Conditions

Upon consulting the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (Thailand), it seems reasonable to conclude that the present written work is no longer under copyright protection. Part 4, Section 19 of the Act states: “Copyright by virtue of this act subsists for the life of the author and continues to subsist for fifty years after the death of the author.” In the event that the present work is still under copyright protection, part 6, sections 32 and 34 state: “any act against the copyright work... shall not be deemed an infringement of copyright if the act [of reproduction] is not for profit.”

Cremation volume for Somdet Phrapitutchāčhao Sukhumānmārasī Phraʻakkhrarātchathēwī (สมเด็จพระปิตุจฉาเจ้า สุขุมาลมารศรี พระอัครราชเทวี). The volume includes a brief introduction and two photographs of the crematee. The main text, 74 pages in length, consists of letters written by King Chulalongkorn during his trips to the Eastern seas in 1882, 1883, and 1884.
