The Diaries and Travel Writings of King Chulalongkorn of Siam
Usage Conditions

Upon consulting the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (Thailand), it seems reasonable to conclude that the present written work is no longer under copyright protection. Part 4, Section 19 of the Act states: “Copyright by virtue of this act subsists for the life of the author and continues to subsist for fifty years after the death of the author.” In the event that the present work is still under copyright protection, part 6, sections 32 and 34 state: “any act against the copyright work... shall not be deemed an infringement of copyright if the act [of reproduction] is not for profit.”

Cremation volume for Somdet Phra ‘Anuchāthirāt Čhaofā ‘Atsadāngdēchāwut Krommalūang Nakhō̜nrātchasīmā (สมเด็จพระอนุชาธิราช เจ้าฟ้าอัษฎางเดชาวุธ กรมหลวงนครราชสีมา). Includes a brief introduction written by Prince Damrongrāchānuphāp and a table of contents. Also included is a photograph taken in 1904 of King Chulalongkorn, King Prajadhipok (then known as Prince Sukhōthaithammarāchā) and the crematee, Prince Nakhō̜nrātchasīmā. The main text, 424 pages in length, chronicles King Chulalongkorn’s second visit to Java in 1896.
