This manuscript was inherited by the father of Mr. Tanh, named Sam Toi, from his grandmother. In 1975, Mr. Toi passed away, and Mr. Tanh subsequently inherited the manuscript.

Cham manuscript, bound by threads, no covers, written in Chinese ink on double "Đại" paper. Page 1 is missing. The length of paper from page 9 to page 14 is shorter than the rest of the manuscript. The last pages (pages 33, 34) are torn. The spine is torn and bound in places with a string.
