This manuscript was inherited by the father of Mr. Tanh, named Sam Toi, from his grandmother. In 1975, Mr. Toi passed away, and Mr. Tanh subsequently inherited the manuscript.

Page 1 and page 2 are torn halfway; page 3 and page 4 are torn at the left hand corners; page 9 and page 10 are torn at the right hand corners; page 11 and page 12 are torn nearly in half. The manuscript is torn from page 1 to page 4 and from page 9 to page 12.
