This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002.

Cham manuscript bound by threads, written in Chinese ink on thin paper, folded in two. Original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new covers with calendar paper (2 layers) in 2002. The manuscript is torn along two margins. Pages 1 and 2 are creased.
