This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002.

Cham manuscript bound by white threads, written in Chinese ink on "Quyến" paper, folded in two. The original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new covers via exercise book (2 layers). Some pages are creased. The manuscript is water-damaged, and thus blurry in places.
