This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002.

Cham manuscript bound by threads, written in Chinese ink on printed paper. The original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new ones using an exercise book (3 layers) in 2002. On pages 2, 3, 4, 5 the letters near the margins are barely legible (due to the new covers). The manuscript has 1 blank page (page 6).
