This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002.

87 unnumbered pages

Cham manuscript bound by threads, covered , written in Chinese ink on "Đại" paper, folded in two. Outside of the original covers (made in cement cover), owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) added new covers with document paper in 2002. The new covers are written in Vietnamese. The manuscript is numbered in pen. The whole manuscripts is rolled, torn at the right corners, Pages 77 and 78 are torn at the corners. Pages 79 and 80 are torn, and stuck to back cover.
