This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002.

Cham manuscript bound by threads, covered in cement paper, written in Chinese in pen. White cloth is stuck along the edges of each page and is stuck for protection. Pages 1 to 6 are torn, pages 3 and 8 have blurred writing. Pages 25-26 have red cloth stuck to them. Pages 23-24 contain notes in pen. Page 23 (nearly a half of the bottom) to page 27 are written in pen. Page 28 written in Vietnamese, in pen and in contrary compared to the whole manuscripts. Pages 27-28 are torn.

The topic of this manuscript is astrology. The content is about fortunate ages of males and females.
