The original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new covers via Cham exercise book (3 layers) in 2002. The first cover numbered 1 is written in pen. The manuscript has 3 blank pages, pages 7 and 8 have corners missing. Page 62 is missing, page 61 is torn and creased.
