This manuscript was written by Mr. Luong Dai Ve's grandfather (whose name is forgotten). After he died, he bequeathed it to Mr. Luong Mat (Mr.Ve's father). After that, he gave to Mr. Ve in 1975 when Mr. Ve was at Gru urang.

Cham manuscript, bound by threads, front cover missing, back covered in paper, written in Chinese ink on double "Đại" paper. The back cover is torn and curved. The manuscript is dark from the right margin toward the center. The manuscript has one blank page (page 20).
