This manuscript was written by Mr. Luong Dai Ve's grandfather (whose name is forgotten). After he died, he bequeathed it to Mr. Luong Mat (Mr.Ve's father). After that, he gave to Mr. Ve in 1975 when Mr. Ve was at Gru urang.

Cham manuscript, bound by threads, covered in cement paper, written in Chinese ink on double \"Đại\" paper. Page 1 is written in Chinese. The manuscript has 2 blank pages (pages 4 and 5). The manuscript is torn at the right corners from the front cover to page 68.
