This manuscript was given to Mr. Thanh Nha (father of Mr. Phong) by Mr. Thanh Van Phong's grandmother in the 1960s. After the death of Mr. Thanh Nha (in 2000), the manuscript was saved by Mr. Thanh Van Phong.

Cham manuscript, bound by staples, covered in cloth, written in marker on notebook paper, and book paper. The status of the manuscript is good. The manuscript is written on notebook paper, except for the last page written lenghthwise on book paper in pencil. There are many stuck pages and repaired errors. The last page is written lengthwise on book paper in pen.
