This manuscript had belonged to Mr. Lik Phaok Tao (brother of Mrs. Dao Thi Luoi). In 1994, Mr. Lik Phaok Tao died, and this manuscript was bequeathed to Mrs. Dao Thi Luoi.

Cham manuscript, bound by threads, covered in cement paper, the manuscript is written in pen on printed paper and notebook paper. The manuscript is rucked at the middle, water-damaged, yellowed. Pages 1 to 20 and 23 to 28 are written on printed paper. Pages 21 - 22 and page 29 - 34 are written on notebook paper. Half the of the pages with content are stuck to back cover.
