Ownership: This manuscript had belonged to Mr. Lik Phaok Tao (brother of Mrs. Dao Thi Luoi). In 1994, Mr. Lik Phaok Tao died, and this manuscript was bequeathed to Mrs. Dao Thi Luoi.
Extent: 12 unnumbered pages
Physical Description: Cham manuscript, bound by threads, no covers, written in Chinese on double \"Đại\" paper. The entire manuscript is creased, rolled, layered at the middle of the pages, the left corners of the manuscript are creased. Pages 1-2, 9-10, 11-12 are perforated, pages 1-2, 11-12 are nearly torn from the manuscript. Writing is light on page 12 compared to the whole manuscript.
