The material belonged to Imam Lam Nam, living in Binh Minh Hamlet, Phan Hoa Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan province, then be donated to the Center.

Cham manuscript bound into volume with white threads. Covers were made of thick paper. Each page contains three layers of thin paper. The edges of some pages are torn. The manuscript was absorbed in water; some parts were erased. Some letters of the latter parts of the manuscript were lost. The manuscript has not been used for a long time. All pages were stuck together. Page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 were left blank. Size is 25 x 2,5 x 23 cm.
