This manuscript was inherited by the father of Mr. Tanh, named Sam Toi, from his grandmother. In 1975, Mr. Toi passed away, and Mr. Tanh subsequently inherited the manuscript.

Cham manuscript, bound by threads, no covers, written in Chinese ink on printed paper. A couple of pages (pages 11-12) are torn from the corners to the spine on the left. A couple of pages (pages 13-14) are torn more than halfway on the left hand side, page 5 is erased.
