Upon consulting the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (Thailand), it seems reasonable to conclude that the present written work is no longer under copyright protection. Part 4, Section 19 of the Act states: “Copyright by virtue of this act subsists for the life of the author and continues to subsist for fifty years after the death of the author.” In the event that the present work is still under copyright protection, part 6, sections 32 and 34 state: “any act against the copyright work... shall not be deemed an infringement of copyright if the act [of reproduction] is not for profit.”

Cremation volume for Somdet Phračhaophīyāthœ̄ Čhaofā Krommalūang Lopburīrāmēt [สมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่ยาเธอ เจ้าฟ้าฯ กรมหลวงลพบุรีราเมศวร์]. Includes a brief introduction to the volume, and five photographs, one of Prince Lopburīrāmēt (the crematee) as an infant in the arms of King Chulalongkorn; another of Prince Lopburīrāmēt and his brother Prince Phitsanulōkprachānāt with King Chulalongkorn; another of Prince Lopburīrāmēt taken in 1897 before leaving for school in Europe; another of the Prince at the conclusion of his studies in Europe 1906; another of the Prince taken shortly before his death in 1931. The main text, 371 pages in length, chronicles in some detail King Chulalongkorn’s travels throughout the Malay peninsula in the year 1890.
