This manuscript was written by Mr. Luong Dai Ve's grandfather (whose name is forgotten). After he died, he bequeathed it to Mr. Luong Mat (Mr.Ve's father). After that, he gave to Mr. Ve in 1975 when Mr. Ve was at Gru urang.

Cham manuscript, bound by zinc, covered in cement paper, written in Chinese ink on double "Đại" paper, cement paper and cover paper. The status of the manuscript is good. The first page stuck to the front cover of the manuscript. Pages 1 to 56 are made from "Đại" paper, pages 57 to 66 are made from cement paper, pages 67 to 98 are made from cover paper. Pages 67 and 68 are torn in half.
