Extent: 38 unnumbered pages
Physical Description: Cham manuscript, bound by threads, no covers, written in Chinese ink on \"Đại\" paper, folded in two. The entire manuscript is creased, pages 1-2 and 37-38 are torn and creased, pages 5-6, 23-24 are torn at the right corners, pages 17-18 are torn through 1/3 of the pages, page 18 is missing a side.
